Focus Canada Mexico connects the Canadian tourism industry with Mexican tourism professionals and media to share the latest trends in both Canadian and Mexican travel, explore business opportunities through B2B meetings, and continue collaborating to maintain and increase the interest of Mexican travelers in exploring Canada.

The in-person event will take place over 3 days in Mexico City. The first 2 days will be dedicated to trade meetings. On the second day training for travel agents by PTMOs and a networking cocktail reception for all participants will also be held. The third day will be dedicated for media meetings.

For the trade portion of the event, Mexican buyers will be seated for one-to-one meetings (12 minutes) with the Provinces, Territories, destinations, receptive tour operators, suppliers, and transportation companies. During these encounters, they will be able to discuss the market and the Canadian experiences to promote, as well as products that can be developed to meet demand.

For the media portion of the event, Mexican media will be seated for individual 20-minute meetings with Canadian destination representatives, who will present the latest from Canada and explore potential opportunities for editorial collaboration.
